The time management course has been designed for those people who are least likely to take this course and yet could be the ones to benefit most – those who are constantly out of time and find it difficult to squeeze in anything that is not strictly necessary. Our time management course is not only intended to put forward the idea of smart prioritisation, which is a good point of departure but which on its own will not lead anyone very far, but takes the approach that different people need to approach time management differently. Accordingly, this training programme also provides the tools for everyone to start on this journey.
At the end of the course, using the tools recommended by this course, attendees will have the opportunity to know what tasks they spend their time on and at which percentages and they will then be able to apply the principles learnt in the earlier sessions to be able to optimise their daily schedules and to be able to squeeze more out of their day without increasing the time spent on tasks. While we cannot guarantee that all participants will actually be able to get out of old habits and into new, more efficient ones (as this ultimately depends on the willpower of the individual concerned), we can guarantee that whoever attends this course will get meaningful insight as to what s/he can do to make a significant improvement in time management.
